One Nation Under God

There is truly only one nation that God is focused on, and it is not a geographical one:

" But you are a chosen people, A HOLY NATION, a people belonging to God , that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light." I Peter 2:9.
This nation is His family; those who believe and trust in His Son, Jesus. He is concerned with the nations of this earth only because He is love and He wills that none perish. His Kingdom is not of this world. He wants all to receive the salvation that He, through His Son, has won for them. He desires to bring many sons to glory. Those in His nation (family) have been strategically placed to shine His light on those who live around them in the hope , they too, will receive their Savior.
Let's ask the Father of this great nation to renew our minds towards eternal things so that we won't be distracted by physical ones. Then we will be enabled for our Father to carry out His Will and desires through us and be glorified. In this way, we will pledge our allegiance to our great King. Amen.

This is an awesome word Patti. Just yesterday in church, the Pastor was led by the Holy Spirit to call the people into an allegience with God. I feel and now know without a shadow of doubt that the Spirit of God is stirring up the hearts of His people to come together in one accord. For in numbers there is strength; God has called the numbers together for such a time as this. This world is about to see a revival that has never been nor ever shall be... that is when the Church comes together on one accord, where we do become one nation under God. There was one other time that the Church was on one accord... funny enough (not jokingly)this was the beginning of the Church. Now we're about to embark on the ending. Jesus said, "I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and Ending." I can't wait (even though I will have to) to see this day and glorious it will be! Hallelujah!

Our brother Peter address they (Jews who have accepted Christ Jesus) who are strangers and pilgrims whom have been scattered through the regions of Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia: 1Peter 1-2. "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, and holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye shew forth the praises of him whom hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light, which in time past were not a people, but now are the people of God: which not had obtain mercy, but now have obtain mercy" 1Peter 9-10 KJV. It is true that this nation was founded on the principles of our forefathers as being one nation under God, yet that principle has long faded from this nation. It no longer walks by faith, only by sight and power that which is not of God. 1 Peter is addressing those whom are the children and a holy nation of God. America is not that family, we have been grafted into the body of Christ, but we as a nation are far from being the family of God. We must remember that we are the Gentiles and Peter as well as the other 11 were sent unto the Jews first, just as Christ saith himself unto the phonetician woman whom asked him to heal her daughter of the demon that possessed her" It right that I take the food from the children and give it to the dogs" Mark 7-25-30. It is true that you and I are a chosen people within this nation as well as others within the nations which the Lord our God has remembered our walk by faith and not by sight which allows us to be partakers with those of the holy nation and be members within the true Church/Body of Christ Jesus. For it written that He shall call all of those from the four corners of the earth unto himself, we my sister and brothers are they whom are being called along with those whom are scattered throughout the earth from the 12 tribes. This is the revelation of what is taking place now in our time. His kingdom is within us Luke 17:21, for if the Father and Son are one, than they whom has the Holy Ghost within them also house the Father and the Son,thus the kingdom is within us.
We must pray for mercy of this land and people whom have now turn away from the light unto darkness. They no longer seek the light. We must understand that we the United States of America is not the holy nation that Peter is speaking to in his chapter. For Abram is the father of a great nation and Abraham is the father of many nations, for they whom have understanding will know that we whom walk by faith are the children of Abraham and the number of they which could not be counted that stand with the lamb of God dressed in white robes along with the 12 tribes or 144 thousand.
    Shalom my sister Shalom.
